Fantastic location 5mins from St.Pancras, Kings Cross. In addition the property was clean, warm and quiet, and I appreciated being able to leave my bags for a few hours after check-out. Will gladly stay again.

The hotel booked me into the hotel next door owing to an unexplained issue. The European hotel next door was not of the same standard although I was still charged the same rate. This was incredibly poor customer service.

2 night family room stay

The staff were so friendly and welcoming. The room was immaculate. Really pleased with our whole stay really, the price, location and service. I would recommend this hotel most definitely.

I stayed in a single room. Clean, but very small. I could hardly move around the bed. So was the toilet. Toilet door has no lock. Also, I could hear the slightest noise outside the room.

Comfortable, very convenient for St Pancras. Clean, safe area. Hotel was clean, nice room, nice bed and bathroom. Staff didn't appear as friendly as maybe they should, poor wifi signal in room.

The hotel was clean and nice. We reserved a room that would accommodate three adults. The room was small (which was ok). The room was quite full of beds. Again this was ok but the potential lodger should be aware. The hotel is conveniently located near the Kings Cross underground and train stations.

Great place to stay close to Kings Cross and Subway access. Does not have air conditioning but each room has large fans and the windows open for comfortable temperatures. Staff very friendly and helpful

We were a couple of friends going to a festival over the weekend and having to catch an early coach from Kings Cross. HW was the perfect location, 5 mins walk to catch the coach. Beds comfy, tea and coffee in room (not that we had time for that) and friendly welcoming staff. Dropping our bags off to catch the 8am coach was no problem at all. Great location for Kings Cross/St Pancreas.
