This is a cozy, small hotel with incredibly friendly, welcoming staff. The location is excellent, close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station, with lots of sightseeing within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable, with a good hot shower and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was tasty and a nice way to start the day. Overall, I had a great stay and would be very happy to book this hotel again.

Room was small but adequate, however, in danger of hitting head either on glass shelf whilst cleaning teeth or on TV (on bracket at head height) right next to bathroom door. Breakfast was ok but ran out of croissants and couldn't restock.

The staff was kind and appreciated the included breakfast. Furnishings are dated but the mattress was comfortable. Even though we were next to elevator it was still quiet. If you are used to more modern hotels you may be disappointed coming here. Overall it was good.

This is an older hotel, but it was very clean located where you can get around catch a bus go get something to eat sightsee I would stay there again

Problems with room had to be moved told that could only be for that night would have to move again fortunately we were allowed to stay in the room we were moved to Staff were good issues with coffee machine and no breakfast tea bags resolved by a pot of tea being brought

Yes the room was spotless. I did not see the staff at all, great neighborhood, not too far from Hide park, Oxford street, bond street, Harrods, and Paddington station that take you to LHR from the Elizabeth line or the express train. I was really impressed with the hotel.
