my stay at the imperial court hotel was primarily for work as I was traveling from Lancashire to Surrey and then to Cambridge. Checking in was easy. The room I stayed in was a short distance from reception and was a basement apartment. The room was well equipped and whilst the cleanliness was not at a high standard everything was OK and suited my short stay. I really struggled with the shower, it looked like a power shower set up but the water pressure was awful. Made worse was the fact that I couldn't get the shower to maintain a consistent temperature. The overall it was ok, good value for money considering the location. On balance i would probably stay here again for another short (2 nights) stay.

Not a good experience

Various events to share. Good: 1. I reached there at 9:30AM and they gave me the apartment as it was available. 2. Apartment rate was reasonable. Bad: 1. address on the confirmation email says 77-81 Inverness Ave while the reception is on 55 Inverness ave. No where it was mentioned that I need to go to 55 first to checkin. 2. tried calling customer care 3 times but no luck. fortunately a customer came out of building who told me the correct address. 3. hob was not working 4. knob of heating control was broken. 5. bathroom was very small and dirty 6. sofa bed was so small that it cant accommodate 2 people while at the time of booking it says 2 people can sleep on sofa bed. 7. pan to heat milk for my son was not there in the kitchen

The first room that they gave as had mold in the bathroom. When we told that we would not be staying in that room and we need a new room just like in the pictures we got an ok room. but would not recommend this place to anyone..
