The staff dod not smile once no facial expressions at all they allow you to hand key in reception if going out for the night very odd the Indian man on reception and the foreign girl were rude and cant have cost to be polite The toilet is so tight you cant use it one of the worst hotels in london.only stay here if you like disasters thsts all youll get here

"Unsere Erfahrung in diesem Hotel erstreckte sich über 4 Nächte, Zusammengefasst: Ein seltsames Hotel, das uns entgleicht. Das Einchecken war ein Akt, der an Komik grenzte, Der Mann an der Lobby, der sich für lustig hielt, verfehlte das Beste. Ein Zettel wurde hingelegt, ohne jegliche Hilfe oder Erklärung, Die Schlüssel wurden überreicht, ohne jegliche Sensation. Wir hatten zwei Zimmer, übereinander gestapelt, Das Schlüssel- und Sicherheitskonzept schien verpappt. Spät abends versuchte ich einem Angestellten zu erklären, Dass das System verwirrend sei und wir uns nur mehr verqueren. An den Schlüsseln hängen große Plastikbretter, die verkünden, Dass man sie an der Lobby abgeben soll, um Sicherheit zu finden. Abgegeben bei Mitarbeiter A, 5 Stunden später zurück, Bei Mitarbeiter B mussten wir erneut um den Schlüssel rücken. Am nächsten Abend bei Mitarbeiter C gab's dann ein Drama, Wer wir sind, woher wir kommen, eine unerwünschte Trauma. Wenn ihr Schlüssel behaltet, dann haltet ein konsequentes System ein, Abgeben, Identifizieren, Händigen aus, das sollte doch fein sein. Die Zimmer waren sauber, das muss man sagen, Doch das Zimmermädchen konnte kein Englisch, das war kaum zu ertragen. Wer auf hellhörige Zimmer steht, ist hier richtig aufgehoben, Jedes Husten, jede WC-Spülung, es wurde zum Toben. Keine Fensterläden, wenn die Sonne aufgeht, steht man im Bett, Ein Hotel, das uns mit vielen Eindrücken hinterlässt, doch kein rettendes Brett."

Rauhallinen sijainti, lämmin pieni huone, ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta. Metro lähellä, lyhyen kävelyn päässä. Sänky oli tosin liian pehmeä ja patjassa tahroja. Ei jääkaappia. Edullinen pieni hotelli.

Die Unterkunft war nicht sauber und einige Sachen waren kaputt. Die Heizung funktionierte nicht und der Raum war sehr kalt. Es war kein gutes Zimmer, da wir im Keller waren. Es war nicht schön und aus dem Fenster sah man nichts, weil wir im Keller waren.
