The hotel in itself and the room are very modern and clean. However, we got a studio room on the first floor, and it was really noisy. We could hear the music from reception downstairs, and water down the drains throughout the day. We stayed for 19 nights, so this is a well-informed review. The location is unbeatabl, right on the Thames, stylish design, and a coworking space that’s a genuine highlight. The staff were consistently warm and professional, making a long stay feel truly welcoming. On the downside, housekeeping was disappointing for an extended visit. Over 19 nights, the room was never vacuumed, beds were made, but that was it. For nearly three weeks, it starts to feel neglected. The windows don’t open either, which at times felt quite claustrophobic, a small but noticeable issue on a longer stay. Overall, a lovely property worth recommendin, just manage your expectations around housekeeping.
