Fantastic location. Hotel very tired though and was given a room at the rear of the property looking out to a brick wall which included a board over the broken window. Staff very friendly though.

The hotel was fine for my needs. I got a quiet room and I slept well. Friendly staff and for the same price I would stay again.

This hotel is awful. The bed was stained the noize from outside was unbearable the walls were torn damp in bathroom walls heavily cracked . The room stank of something like bad. The carpet was so bad and torn i kept my shoes on. The curtains were so dirty i was too scared to tpuch them . This is ideal for those who dont mind faults more like a hostel than a hotel. The staff could be more happy but as theres no reception it is hard to know how to check.in. Disaster really The hotel and its rooms really need updating

Location is good Room: no heating. No hot water. No TV Service: I booked half board but there was nothing Staff: are not caring nor concerned with the above. Poor experience Not recommended

Close to Hyde park and Lancaster Gate give was great. The breakfast was the worst experience that I’ve ever had. Poor service, unfriendly and dire food. I’m not sure if it was scrambled eggs or porridge, but none looked inviting at all. Would not recommend!

On the positive side this hotel is handy for Hyde park etc Has lots of character for an old building, The staff are helpful and breakfast is adequate. on the need for improvement side the rooms are very tired with furniture in need of changing/updating, rooms suffer from lack of soundproofing with the lots of noise from people walking up and down at 6am for some unknown reason.

The hotel has an excelent location. Very nice staff. Clean and comfortable rooms. I would stay in this hotel again in the future. I recomendable it.
