All feedback is highly appreciated, as we are constantly trying to improve our services towards all our guests. We are sorry to hear that you could not enjoy your stay to the full extent. Being in a prime location, in one of the busiest areas of the City of London, there is lots of foot traffic and tube lines. This comes with the advantage of having many tube connections around us and being able to connect easily anywhere in London, but it also has its disadvantage of creating noise, which might create nuisance for some people, but not all.
