Stayed for a concert so not in the room much .It was super convenient for the railway and tube.Quick check in fab helpful Staff. As we only staying the night booked a small double room it was compact but perfect for what we needed.Will definitely go back

Quite posh for the Paddington area. Loved the fact that there was a lift, air-conditioning, a doorman who helped with our heavy bags. Standard room is a bit cramped but nicely equipped; for a London hotel, the shower works well. Perfect place to do a quick overnight before taking the Heathrow express; it is no more than a minute's walk to Paddington. The area can be a bit rough, but the room was very well insulated against noise.

This review is from the perspective of a mature couple. The bathroom was far too small and we had to dry ourselves in the hallway outside. The double bed was pushed up against the wall making it difficult to get in and out. There was not sufficient room for our bags. You could hear the rumble of the trains going through Paddington Station. The positives were a great staff, clean rooms, a lift and great position beside Paddington Station.

The room was a two single bed room. Extremely small. Clean and quiet. Staff very nice. Very convenient for public transport. Good breakfast choices.

Room was different to picture shown on booking. Very small room , no space to move. Bathroom was tiny , could not dry yourself without hitting walls. No mirror in room , no usb ports. Key stopped working on 3 occasions.

Great hotel close to the Paddington station and LH

I have stayed at the hotel few times, the staff is very friendly. The hotel is quiet, reasonably priced for the location, and clean.
