I would never recon this hotel to anyone,it’s really old back dated small horrible bed rooms not even clean showers don’t work freezing cold water,it’s an absolute joke at 24 weeks pregnant worst stay I ever had a 2 hour journey to get to such a battered hotel horrific please do not book waste of time & money had the worst weekend ever

Enjoyable stay in good location. The property is in much need of modernization - a lack of plug sockets in the room and nothing by the bed was a major problem. Shower in bath. Beds super comfy. Good value for the area. Would stay again.

The room had an odd temperature dial, but the bed was comfy. When we arrived there was a welcome on the tv which called me Mr Faden. I had also filled in something prior to stay, as was asked to, if i had special requests and so i asked for oat milk which wasnt provided. The room is big enough and most od the staff were nice.

The staff at the front desk were amazing especially the poor lovely lady at the front desk whom had to deal with myself . She actually upgraded us to a luxury suit at no extra cost but the luxury suit fell short . There was a huge red wine stain on the carpet, red wine stains on the wall paper, wall paper coming away from the wall, what looked like a blood stain on the door. The bathroom was tired and had cracks, rust, mildew and poor workmanship on the tiles not to mention a shower curtain. The bed however was very comfortable and the air con was beautifully cold. The room actually grew on me despite the fact it needed a full revamp. The hotel has a "bistro " which is in the reception and just higglty pigglty furniture which makes no sense. It was the most bizarre set up. The location was brilliant . The breakfast buffet was okay but price pint pastries etc were used .This hotel could be so much more and in need of modernising. The pictures do not reflect the conditions of the rooms unfortunately but there were plus points to take away .

It was just ok. For the amount we paid it was expensive to not have WiFi and for the tv to not work even after specifically requesting reception to send someone to come fix it was a waste of time. It was very cold and in 1 room still had the details of a previous guest. Just didn’t feel like they wanted us to be there. Small rooms especially for 1 room there were 2 people. Old furnishings and cracked sinks. Concierge was good though. Zlatan was superb, very helpful and caring with our bags that were delayed from Heathrow and delivered them up to us. Location was convenient to Harrods.
