Had a really great time staying at this hotel. The check in process was great and everyone working the front desk were so friendly. We had issues with lost luggage and everyone was aware because of handovers between staff. We were there to celebrate turning forty and we picked the right place. Princess treatment for sure. The water pressure is not the best, but other than that it’s truly great.
