We skipped breakfast so can’t comment on this. Staff were nice and helpful. We tried to have a drink on the top floor bar but they had a speed dating event on so there was no where for us to sit. On arrival our toilet was dirty and aircon not working. They did send someone out to sort this. We were on floor 8 and it was very noisey in the morning with banging around above us. Made use of spa in the morning, can’t complain other than would have been nice to have somewhere to change. Had to take turns with other people using the one toilet.

The staff was great! Very friendly and willing to provide us with so many recommendations at check-in. Everything was very clean and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Very close to grocery stores, restaurants and the tube. Would absolutely book this hotel again!

- I didn’t feel welcomed on arrival as the first thing that was said to me was asking if I want to pay and extra £40 per night to upgrade. Not the most pleasant welcome. - It was really hard to sleep as just outside the room was the outlet pipes or something that were so so noisy and there was also a lot of noise from the corridor. -It wasn’t a particularly warm goodbye at checkout either.

Clean room, great service and friendly staff i would say for such a price i would definitely favour a more official breakfast setting with food made to order not just a buffet. A mix would have been great. Spa and changing rooms as well as sauna and pool were clean and tidy and very well maintained

I stayed here for my girlfriend’s birthday, and while the hotel itself looked beautiful and had a nice design, I was quite disappointed with a few things that really affected our experience. First, I had planned to book a massage for both of us, but when I asked at the spa, I was told there were no available appointments until Sunday, even though the service is advertised as being available daily. We were only staying for one night, so that was really disappointing. On top of that, the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working properly, it showed a “system error” message. I didn’t want to waste time going to reception, so I just opened the window instead, but it definitely wasn’t what I expected from a hotel of this standard. Even small details were overlooked, like the tissue box not being topped up, it ran out after just two tissues, which is unacceptable for a place of this level. On a positive note, the bed was very comfortable, the spa area was nice, and I really liked the overall design of the hotel. But the issues I experienced took away from what should have been a perfect stay. I think three stars is actually quite generous considering the circumstances.
