I ad a single room, it was clean and great location, but when I say small, I really mean really small. The single bed was against the wall, and luckily I only had a carry on suitcase that I put on the floor at the end of my bed, therefore you could not open the door to get out. The price was very good, the location was 4 minute walk from Victoria coach station, and the room was very clean, but literally no amenities, slightly more like a hostel set up. If you are on a budget, and want to be in a great location, this would work well.

Stayed at Oyo Townhouse for one night during a family trip to london. Facilities were very basic and room wasnt particularly comfortable. It was clean enough but the bin and radiator in the bathroom were covered in rust and my little ones feet were black after walking on the carpet bare foot!! The pressure in the shower was absolutely awful and there were no drink making facilities so couldnt have a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Served a purpose but definitely would not stay here again for the money.

Suite was tight but understandable at the price point. Clean. For some reason UK hotels insist on leaving out non-functioning remote controls for their TV's and theyre always a pain to use. My largest grief was their elevator. Its functionable but it stops half way between floors, so if you have luggage, youre hauling up stairs whether you use the elevator or not. Not really useful for handicapped people or making life easier hauling stuff.

We stayed for 3 nights and the staff was very friendly. Overall, rooms were a little tight and lacking basic things like shelves in the shower, or only having two basic pillows on the bed. I would 100% stay again, just based off location, safety, price, and staff.

I never write reviews but I honestly wouldn’t wish this stay on anyone. There was a BROWN SMELLY RUST leaking from the shower. So soooo bad my mom couldn’t even shower, it was so unsanitary. I understand now their strict no refund policy because I’m positive, they’d be out of business. Stay FAR away!!

The only thing that worked for this place was the bed, it was comfy. Hot water stopped working, worked later. No AC but a fan in the room. Remote stopped working and tv had to be turned off and on for it to change a few channels and stop working. Not sure what was worse, the sewer smell or the "air freshener " to cover the smell. Loud outside . Lift only stopped on -0,5 1,5 or 2,5 so you had to still walk in stairs.

Stay was fine however the property needs freshen up banister on staircase on third floor needs repair as it came off in my hand which is a serious heath and safety issue especially for young children . Room was quite warm .

Absolutely Disgusting – Stay Away!

I don’t normally write reviews, but I felt obligated to warn others. This hotel was filthy. The room reeked of mildew and rot the moment we walked in — like a long-abandoned building with no fresh air in decades. Windows were sealed shut, offering no ventilation, and there was visible black mold creeping along the ceiling and in the bathroom. It felt unsafe, unsanitary, and honestly scary. We couldn’t relax for a second, let alone sleep. I don’t know how this place passes health inspections — it absolutely shouldn’t. Spend your money anywhere else.

Ok place, NEEDS AC!

Extremely small, bathroom is very little. It couldn’t use some deep cleaning of the walls and base boards. Shower door was missing the handle I was stuck in the shower for a bit. Upon my arrival at check in in I was told my room was not ready, waited for about 10 minutes. Which I didn’t really mind. What I did mind was once the room was ready and carried my luggage up, cleaning services had all the dirty laundry bags blocking the hallways I had to jump over and avoid about 4 big bags. My one complaint is, No AC, it was extreme hot, around 87 degrees hot with y a small fan. It was terrible. Location wise was great 10 mins walking distance from Victoria station, 20 mins from Buckingham palace. Lots of places to eat walking distance .

Absolutely shocking accommodation. I have never ever written a review before as usually think “well it’s a bed and it’s clean” BUT the room was horrendous. There were holes in the walls, the plaster board was coming away from the bricks, the net curtains (at least I think that’s what they were meant to be) were totally shredded. The walls were dirty, the floor grimey and the beds under a dirty vile window. The 1 star is because the sheets were clean. I had my son with me and I almost turned and walked out. If it hadn’t have been Pride and BST at Hyde park I would have but London was heaving. The shower was just a trickle. The room was pokey and in a corner type space. I would never stay here again!
