A fantastic stay. The duty manager was exceptionally friendly and helpful; he did everything he could to make me feel welcome. The hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. The room itself was small but I was aware of this as the hotel photos were accurate. It was clean and warm, with a hot shower and separate bathroom. Breakfast was very simple but plentiful and the kitchen staff were so friendly and courteous. Great location, five min walk to Paddington for trains / Tubes / buses. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel

The staff especially the young man at reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was spotless and the breakfast was nice apart from the orange juice. The bedroom was clean but a little to warm and no coffee facilities. Overall a lovely hotel and spotless throughout.

The room was small but very clean and fairly comfortable. The tv had limited channels. I would not recommend for business use due to their bizarre policy in regards to ironing: they have one iron in the hotel that can only be used between 10am and 6pm. You have to use it in a corridor in the basement. The guy on reception reluctantly let me use it at 7am before work and sent me on a wild goose chase around the hotel to fill it with water even though there was a tap 6 feet from where he was stood.

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber. Jedoch war es in einem Zimmer sehr kalt, was auch mit der Heizung nicht reguliert werden konnte. Im Frühstücksraum gab es leider zu wenig Platz für alle Hotelgäste, so dass es zu Wartezeiten kommen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr klein und wenig einladend. Man kann gut in einem Café in der Nähe frühstücken.

Kiva pieni englantilaistyylinen hotelli rauhallisella sijainnilla. Hyvät kulkuyhteydet. Aamupala oli aika suppea valikoimaltaan, mutta ihan ok. Huoneessa oli tehokas ilmastointilaite, mutta sitä ei asiakas pystynyt käyttämään, vain henkilökunta pystyi laittamaan sen päälle ja pois päältä. Mukava ja ymmärtäväinen henkilökunta.

Hyvä sijainti, siisti, hyvin rakennettu. Mutta huone oli ahdas, ja parisänky oli liian pieni kahdelle ihmiselle.

Aamiaisen tarjoiluaika oli liian lyhyt, loppui jo klo. 9.00 ja tarjoilutila oli liian pieni, ihmiset joutuivat jonottamaan saadakseen paikan. Yhtenä aamuna jopa hoputettiin asiakkaita syömään nopeammin, että paikkoja vapautuisi.
