The location is close to Paddington Station which is very convenient. The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood type area that isn’t crowded. The rooms were clean but very small.

Don't trust the pictures of their rooms-web site

We paid for a triple room with 2 beds. When we got there they gave us a room with a very uncomfortable cot. There was supposed to be a twin bed, not a cot 18" off the flow. It was definitely a room for 2 as we had no room whatsoever to move around. The pictures at booking were very deceiving.

We booked a club twin but given a triple room in the basement which was a rabbit warren of corridors. staff friendly and tried to be helpful but seemed to not understand listing said dressing gowns but there were none. Website for hotel also said fruit platter for the room we paid for but nothing (perhaps you only get that when booking direct). Breakfast was fine. Room had a funny smell and cleaned kept setting thermostat to 24 so it was unbearably hot when coming back in evening, thankfully the air con worked. I have stayed in better or similar 3 star hotels. Worst thing was when I was enquiring about the room I left my daughter in the room with a friend who was not staying with us but lives in London and joining us for dinner, and a staff member burst into the room with no explanation just a sorry

On check in, my credit card was swiped for payment. After a 20 minute wait I was advised I couldn’t have my room due to ‘maintenance issues’. I was taken to a different hotel nearby and given a room there, but Park Grand still charged me for a stay I didn’t have. Having rang and requested a refund, they asked me to email and put it into writing and they’d look into it. I’m currently emailing them daily as they refuse to acknowledge my emails and haven’t processed a refund yet. At this stage I’ve paid two hotels for one night stay and am not happy! Traveller beware!!

Convenient location for walking access to rail and underground at Paddington Station. Clean, good service, however the double room I was in was very small, and the couples bed was full size, not queen - may be a little tight for many Americans.

My room was very small and didn’t feel like a 4-star hotel. There was hair in my sink when I arrived. The wifi was shocking, very slow and you couldn’t even look something up on Google maps or go on social media. One of the lights above the bed was flickering and I did report it. The staff at reception told me they’d look into it but the flickering remained during my entire stay… I was also woken up at midnight by two people, who rang my doorbell repeatedly and tried to get into my room. Don’t stay in a basement room as you can hear footsteps from the floor above…

Great and concenient stay for Wembley concerts

The staff at the hotel were so friendly and accomodating. We were kindly offered complimentary breakfast on checkin but kindly declined as we had prior plans. We returned late after a concert and the staff went and got us some biscuits and fruit which was so lovely. Our room was clean and had everything we needed including a microwave! A little tired looking in some places but not unclean. Beds were super comfy and the water was hot. Would stay again 🙂

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are small but very well kept. The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to transportation to all major attractions and lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance.
