Location is very good, just a few hundred yards from Kensington gardens. My issue was with the staff working there. Only 3 interactions and 2 were really poor. I made the mistake of phoning reception as the Wi-fi password written on my room card was missing a digit, you’d have thought it was my fault the way I was dealt with on the phone. The next time was when we tried using our room card that night, again it was a complete inconvenience and one word grunts when I asked for the card to be reprogrammed. I’m summary, great location but don’t expect great service.......

Gute Lage direkt am Hyde Park und in ruhiger, sicherer Umgebung. Praktisches, schlichtes und sauberes Hotelzimmer.

Unterkunft für 2 Gäste für 4 Tage gebucht. Zimmer scheint bereits in älterem Zustand zu sein. Fraglich ob stellenweise Schimmel vorhanden war. Wasser in der Dusche läuft schlecht ab, direktes duschen hintereinander nicht möglich. Pro Person ein eher kleines Frotteetuch als Duschtuch vorhanden. Zweimalig Kakerlaken vorhanden.. Diverse Ausstattungen haben nicht funktioniert oder haben sogar gefehlt z.B. Föhn, Klobürste. Auswahl des Frühstückes divers. Personal mehrheitlich freundlich & hilfsbereit. Im Allgemeinen: mehr schlecht als recht, würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen.

Die Heizung war extrem laut, konnte dadurch nicht schlafen. Waren noch andere sachen, werde mich nicht mehr für dieses hotel melden oder weiter empfehlen.
