The location was great as it’s next to the Tube station. The room was spacious and clean, but occasionally you will hear the sirens from the road. The front desk staff were helpful. The lift is small and the down button at the lift landing was not working during our stay, so we took the stairs. Would still recommend this hotel for its location as there are also many convenient stores and food places around.

The woman who checked us into the hotel was fantastic. She upgraded us to a premium room and let us in to the room at 10am and gave us free breakfast every day! Breakfast was really good and well organised with buffet and dishes available to order all of which were tasty and to a good standard. This was my second stay at this hotel and would definitely book again.

Friendly welcome and enabled an early check in. Room was spacious and very clean. Room a little tired with a few stains on carpet and chipped furniture, but overall a good standard. Breakfast had a good choice of options and catered for any dietary requirements. Checkout very easy. Would happily stay again - thank you!

Staff were great. The "superior" bedroom was very tired. The street noise at night meant sleep wasn't possible until 2am (the room had old sash windows and the secondary glazing was completely inadequate to block street noise). The air conditioning unit was very noisy and barely cooled the room. So, the purpose of having a hotel room for the night - to sleep - was a bit of a failure.

The nearby a Fitzrovia neighborhood has lots of great small restaurants and cafes. Fab access to transportation and a short walk to Regents Park. Walkable to Oxford Street etc if you’re mobile and enjoy getting around on foot.

Cold shower despite it being 6 AM on a Saturday. Complimentary breakfast wasn't enjoyed since seating was not available. Very noisy room with excessive street sounds`, partygoers and drunks.
