I stayed here as I had to get an early Eurostar the next morning. It was conveniently situated within walking distance of both St Pancras and the theatre district, allowing me to take in a play the evening before my trip. It was relatively cheap for its area.

I lovely look hotel until you got in your room . Room was a rough needs decoration . Air con was stuck on 22 so pulled my card out to cool room . The hotel is right by tube so that was good and the staff were very good

The property is well located, the decor is a little tired, but the room was clean and well maintained. I stayed for 2 nights, I was awoken by fire alarm false alarm on first morning, which can happen but it took maybe 30 mins to resolve, , and on second morning I was woken at 9 by housekeeping staff asking when I would be checking out (I had do not disturb on the door) which wasn't great.

Ideal hotel for our needs, close to Euston, St Pancras and Kings Cross stations with easy access from and to the tube. Got a great value deal when looking about 3 days in advance, but prior to and after this the price was about double which would not have been value. and best of all we had a great sleep in a comfy bed. We were upgraded through the Expedia VIP scheme, I even got a welcome birthday treat, and the extra pillows requested were delivered, all of which were much appreciated. Staff at reception were very welcoming. Little niggles caused me to rate this 4 rather than 5 stars; no tea in rooms as standard (teabags can be collected at reception), housekeeping staff did not clear used wine glasses/plates/cutlery from room during our stay, no table lamps for reading in bed (have to use special spotlights which are piercing). But all round a very good stay and we would recommend if you can get a good price.
