The hotel is in a great position on Leicester Square. Basic room was very clean and slept well. Bathroom small but vey clean. Some of the staff in the cafe area a little too abrupt but but overall staff very attentitive. Booking in no problems.

Staff were absolutely incredible! Went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. Especially Alex, he was lovely! The hotel itself is really nice and in the most perfect location with everything around- restaurants, shops and theatres. We went to see the stranger things show which was only a 8 minute walk away. The room service was great and my partner had fish and chips and I had the steak which was lovely and good portions. We then felt a but peckish in the evening and had some toasties which were also delicious. Nice clean rooms- we stayed in a suite which had a big living room, gorgeous shower bathroom with a double shower and a huge bedroom with a walk in wardrobe and the bed was so comfy! The room was quite bare looks wise and I did think it could of done with some nice lamps/ mood lighting and I wasn’t a fan of the smell of the shower gel/ shampoo/ conditioner- it’s not bad I just didn’t really like it. Other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay and I highly recommend it!

Older and dated rooms. It’s advertised as a 5-star hotel, but compares to that of an average 3-star. Radissons had been great properties to stay at historically. This one was disappointing. Area and location are great, hence the additional stars.

The hotel was lovely and in a great location. We had cocktails in the bar but asked for a white Russian which wasn't on the menu. The bar person obviously hasn't made it before but instead of saying, he gave me what was basically a huge glass of cream. I couldn't drink it & should have complained but just signed the bill like an idiot.
