From the minute we arrived the reception staff were great. Were allowed to leave our suitcases there as we arrived early as going to a matinee. The room was a decent size and very comfortable. Breakfast was lovely with lots to pick from. Will be staying again

The room was very dated and for a suite not to have a proper working height table/desk was very poor. The only place to work/eat was a chair pushed into a tall side table (like you’d have in a hallway). The doors to the hallway storage had clearly been removed and the whole suite showed clear signs of needing renovation to bring it up to a standard that befits the price charged for the night. Any interactions with staff were good but service seemed lacking compared to other 5* hotels. All in all, I wouldn’t re-book. You’re much better off next door at the Londoner which is where I’ll be staying next time!

As always this is my go to hotel in the Square area. Everything is on the door step this hotel is so easy to get in and out. They upgrade you for free and it's just so relaxing to unwind in the place then also be about to go out for entertainment in the West End in seconds. Prices also not too bad. I can't get enough of this place, frankly.

The only positive was the location. For a 5 star hotel it was not worth it. Bed was really hard it felt like laying on concrete. Rooms are dated. When you turn on shower in bathroom it sprays all over the floor. The gym isn’t really a gym it’s just some treadmills and ellipticals. Rooms are really small even if you purchase an “upgraded” room. Wish we had booked somewhere else and got a refund for this place. Suggest staying at another hotel even if it’s a 3 or 4 star. It would be higher quality.

Our initial greeting with reception staff was warm and informative, they also booked us a table at the restaurant, greeted us with two glasses of bubbly and best of all provided us with an unexpected upgrade. Our stay was pleasant and all facilities were clean. We would definitely stay again. 5 stars from us keep up the good work 👍

I've stayed at this hotel before so knew what to expect. Overall, it's a good hotel in a fantastic location. The beds are comfortable and it has a nice bathroom with complimentary lotions. It doesn't have AC, which wasn't a problem this trip but could be in summer. Frankly, the rooms are looking quite dated. At this price point it should have AC and a more updated look. But it's still a solid hotel for the price.
