The staff were all amazing at the hotel, all extremely friendly, helpful and couldn't do enough. The breakfast was great big selection of both hot or continental options and the staff in the restaurant were brilliant. Hotel is in a great central location for everything. This hotel was a great place to stay In London. Great location for the theatre district! The staff was extremely helpful as my husband had trouble with walking and balance.. they helped me with luggage. We had a nice room near the elevator. Would stay there again!
