Staff were not very attentive, seemed like we were an inconvenience when we wanted to check in. Room was very loud as it’s situated on Oxford street - had to pop into the Boots opposite for earplugs!

Original room was pathetic. It was deemed to be renovated which it was not complete. No wardrobe, no place to hang coats, no amenities such as robes or slippers. Promised an adjustment for the room but none forthcoming. Room was not as depicted on Radisson site or Expedia. Front desk finally 2 days into our stay, placed us in a room which mirrored the website pictures for the level of room booked.

Room was very clean and comfortable. The location very convenient to transit, shopping and tourist sites. The breakfast was really good. Pre-purchase though, it's expensive to purchase on-site. We were not crazy about the translucent bathroom door. When the lights in the bathroom were turned on it lit up the entire hotel room and was right in your face when laying in bed. Not appreciated when your husband goes to the bathroom at 3am. Maybe a bathroom night light could fix this? The was a female staff member at the check-in desk that was not friendly and gave the impression you were bothering her while she worked.

The room was number 720. Faces right onto Oxford Street. You heard every noise, every police or emergency service vehicle, every vehicle horn or those ghetto blasters on wheels that are the brightly coloured tricycles everywhere. The room was pretty pokey. Bathroom was so small it was like an obstacle course getting in and out of the shower. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work at all, so it was like being in a steam room. No fridge for water or drinks. Breakfast was Little Chef style average. No bacon, no glasses for orange juice, metal tongs to pull your toast out of the sf serve toaster…etc etc…

The air conditioning unit was ineffective and noisy so I was unable to sleep. There were no bedside lights in the room. The room was too stuffy. The decor and furniture is dated and tatty. From 8am I could here drilling and banging which I assume was other rooms being renovated.
