Hotel is kind of OK in a somewhat faded way. It's just not great. Everything feels a bit tired and when you're told that your room is on the 4th floor and the lifts are not working then your heart sinks a little further. No mention of that pre-arrival that I noticed.

I know it’s London, but even these rooms are too small, the lift was broken so have to climb the narrow stairs, it need a good refresh and it’s a bit dated, location is good but the price is still to high for what you get

Comfortable stay. Comfortable bed. Small room but well equipped. The only downside was noise travelled a lot, and incredibly noisy when people are moving around above the room/in the hallways. The staff were friendly but room tiny, aged and not that of a quality hotel. Lift out of order entire stay when on 3rd floor in old building, not ideal. Air conditioning pointless, open the window and you got the fresh smell of cooking from the beautiful view of the read of a kitchen. Location handy but hotel not up to standard of radisson.

Room was comfortable but rather noisy from the rear of a shop across the road. Good to have water and fruit provided, reception staff helpful and breakfast was excellent. Pity the lift was not working as the third floor was quite a climb. Overall ok

Lovely staff and location

Excellent location few minutes from Marble Arch tube, keen and helpful staff. Room was clean, tidy and everything worked. Elevator was out of service during my stay, so needed to use the narrow stairs. Not a problem for myself, good exercise. An upgrade or other such gesture would have been nice, but hotel was full. 2nd stay and will likely be back soon.
