BED BUGS IN FAMILYROOM 1! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL, THEY DO NOTHING TO RHIS MATTER. Our holiday had an terrible end as we stayed our last night in this hotel. Room was outdated and the bathroom tab kept leaking water. The worst nightmare was to discover in the morning that we had been bitten by bed bugs during the night. I even cought one on video in the morning. I informed the receptionist and he said he was sorry. He ended up ringing the manager and we did get refund of the room. But what I’m most terrified is that they did not tell other guests, for them to be extra careful with luggage and clothes, to not spread them. There must be bed bugs in other rooms as well. They did not call the pest control either! This is not the receptionist fault but very bad management! DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL!

good hotel in a nice location. Does need some modernisation but clean room with clan toilet. Would be happy to stay again.

Tidy, quiet room on the upmost, 3rd floor, of the tiny Regency House Hotel. Excellent location, friendly service. Plenty of nice breakfast cafes in vicinity. We would stay again but without the hotel breakfast next time.

personnel tres accueillant, rien à redire sur qualité de la chambre ou repas. Par contre, l'item"veuillez consulter en cas d'arrivée tardive "devrait etre précise: personne pour vous accueillir ni ouvrir la porte, il faut récupérer la clé 500m plus loin dans un autre hotel, un detail que j'aurais aimé ne pas découvrir en atterrissant à 22h...le mail envoyé par lhotel est arrivé trop tard

Pas d’ascenseur, pas de wifi, très petite salle de bain, pas de vrai café Déçu par les prestations, en revanche très bien placé, très proche du centre
