Given that it is a hostel (shared bathrooms, towels are rented, etc.), it has everything you need. The price is right, the opening hours are great, it is "family friendly" - no smoking/drinking, the location is convenient, the wifi works - but only in one of its (more than expected) public spaces, this is probably a helpful social "nudge". My early teen daughter and I stayed for a week and were happy with it.

Good location. Noisy at night. People speaking loudly in the hallway late at night, even staffmembers. Toilets got blocked twice in a week. Very hard matresses and pillows. Squeeky beds.

Nice place to stay...

The hostel is very accessible to transport, and convenient stores are just a stone throw away from the hostel. The place is very clean, the shower room and toilet are well maintained by the staff. Foods and drinks are available. Staff at the reception are very helpful when you have inquiries re: places to go, where to get the bus and etc., Good for family to stay. The only thing I noticed is that there is no policy when it comes to noise from clients staying in the hostel, I was trying to get sleep and it was 23:00 to 12mn. And we can hear youngsters running along the corridor and loud.

Thank you for the great review! I'm glad you enjoyed all our facilities and found the staff helpful. We have a no noise policy after 22:00 which all our guests sign, but unfortunately not everyone pays attention to it. Our 24/7 reception and night time security can help assist if there's any noise in the hallways. I hope to see you back again :)

Bad hostel

Not!! Happy the staff well the guy was there went I check in was really rude, the room was a bit dirty the bed was very uncomfortable because every time you move the bed was making a noise, then breakfast not was nothing out of this world. So I will never come back to this place I preferred sleep on my car

Good location and friendly

The building was nice, the staff were welcoming, the reception area was decorated well. The only two drawbacks were that the basin in the room only seemed to have hot water, not cold, and the bunkbeds were very creaky which meant we woke up every time someone moved. But the beds were comfy, the room was warm and clean, and the shared toilets and showers were clean. Overall, I would recommend.

Close to main attraction

A short walk from Elephant & Castle Metro Station. Nice people to meet, most all them were students. Reception very helpful. Rooms are big and clean. Decoration very British. Everything was excellent!
