Not easy to get correct direction from google map

Pros: Body lotion and magazines.
Cons: Staff general knowledge and lobby.
Location: Nothing special. Just not too faraway to Victoria station.
We have very bad experience when we stay 1 night over there. The housekeeper so crazy and not under training. We are not called any room service at the morning but she knock on the door until we wake up and open the door for her. We thinks any fire accident. We sleep so tight. Some more It’s not the check-out time yet...so funny. The housekeeper not check the bath towels as well. The bath towel was broken ( small hole)

Nice view over a park

This is an excellent hotel - a beautiful large room overlooking a park with high quality furnishings and fitting. The bathroom was excellent. My only issue was the cost of breakfast - £24 for a full English breakfast is too high for this area. It is also quite a long walk from Victoria but the hotel is at the second stop of the 507 bus from Victoria to Waterloo.

Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und hatte Humor. Die Lage ist super. Ruhig und sehr zentral zu Sehenswürdigkeiten und tube. Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen aber nur zum Übernachten absolut ausreichend.

Gut gelegenes Stadthotel

Das Hotel liegt fussläufig zur Victoria Station umgeben von vielen Restaurants. Das Zimmer war abgesehen vom Bad gemütlich und sauber. Im Bad waren am Duschkopf leider schon richtig grüne Ansätze, was bei einem Hotel der Klasse nicht passieren sollte.Dazu lief das Wasser im Becken sehr sehr langsam ab. Für wenige Übernachtungen ok.
