Staff was incredibly nice and the check-in/check-out process was simple. It was nice to be able to drop off my bag before the room was ready and I was able to check in an hour earlier than expected! The room isn't particularly big, but it was more than nice enough for a single night stay like I did. Close to the Earl's Court station and near a lot of wonderful food places, which made my short stay worth it.

The hotel is very quaint - great location and fantastic customer service. No elevator though!!!! We stayed in the 4th floor so keep that in mind but the room was huge with a BIG bathtub - you feel inside a Harry Potter book in that room! we all had a great time -

The room and the shower was very good - especially the shower was spotless. Although, when I asked about couple of simple amenities like slippers, I was told "We don't have anything."
