Our stay was perfect! The hotel and room were beautiful and clean, But it was the staff that really made it special. The front desk and the concierge were top-notch and so friendly and helpful especially since it was our first time in UK visiting from USA. Highly highly recommended!!

Everything was great. We were a bit concerned about safety in the bathroom because of high edge of tub to navigate and lack of grab bars with slippery tub surface. My wife and I are in our 70s.

Amazing Stay

Absolutely fabulous stay at Sofitel London St. James! The service was exceptional, the location perfect for exploring, and the cocktails in the bar downstairs were outstanding. The team even made a birthday trip extra special with a sweet treat and “Happy Birthday” surprise. Can’t wait to return!
