The property itself is good for the price, but check in is very painful. They only have one member of staff manning the desk, and seem to take 10 plus minutes to check in every person - expect to spend a long time queuing to check in, even if you have booked in advance. They really need to improve their check in procedures / put more staff on the desk - disappointing.
