We stayed at this apartments for Bank Holiday weekend and it was very hit and miss. We arrived to be told we had to pay a refundable deposit, but yet it didn't tell us this before we booked it (yet others do). Upon arriving in our room the room seemed a little unfinished. A couple of doors open and kinives missing from the knife set. The room was pretty clean and the beds comfy and location was good for us. However, I was disappointed THERE WAS NO HANDWASH, I get these kind of basics in the Travelodge, so would expect it here. I didn't have breakfast, but my friend did and he said it was good and plenty of choice. On Saturday I wanted to access the wifi and had to describe the stay. Then I was hasselled by reception in the evening as to why. I get it, but I didn't want to be disturbed at that time. On Sunday morning we was disturbed by reception to tell us our breakfast was ready. We didn't order breakfast and didn't appreciate this at 8.30am. There was also descriptions of satellite TV on booking sites, it was actually FreeView. We booked a standard apartment, but I am still pretty sure we got the wrong apartment. I wasn't going to write a review, but I contacted IHG (who own this place) and didn't offer much in return. Our review isn't good or bad, but it certainly isn't going to be 9/10 they currently get. The staff at the hotel are friendly enough though and try to help, but sometimes to OTT. I would absolutely stay here again, but at the right price.

Complementary breakfast Buffet was very nice, Furniture in the hotel was in good conditions, everything looks fresh and new. Very helpful reception team, room is comfortable und clean. Hotel’s position is almost in the center. I will definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family and im going to stay in this hotel again. Many thanks for all teams in the Hotel! Nice and peaceful hotel close to the subway

Had a lovely stay with my daughter. The personal was very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was close to Vauxhall subway station, but still very peaceful. We also enjoyed the breakfast. Would love to stay here again whenever in London.
