First Class Hotel in South Kennsigton

We choose the Ampersand for a 4 night couple trip to London. Outstanding hotel, with a very friendly and accommodating staff. Everything was first class, very satisfied. Location is excellent just a short walk to the South Kensington Tube station makes getting anywhere in London a breeze. Highly recommended.

I liked the service, also my bed was very clean and delicious to rest. The food was great at the restaurant! I didn’t like when someone nocked the door at 9:00pm during the three nights saying that was the service, then she said I’m sorry… of course we didn’t open the door.

Great place!

First of all, extremely convenient to the Tube station to get around. Can’t say enough about this hotel. Allowed to check in early after our long flight, very helpful staff, nice room, super comfy bed and pillows! Would stay here again for sure!!

Beautiful, comfortable and clean room with lots of elegant and thoughtful touches and large comfy bed! Receptionist was very friendly and chatty, and we were very happy to be offered a free glass of bubbly as a welcome.
