Room was very clean, maybe a little small, but well maintained. Front staff was very polite, helpful and courteous. Nice location adjacent to Victoria station and easily walkable to Buckingham Palace and other interesting places. No complaints as it was a nice stay.

We were not even offered a room upgrade, our travel status said we should have been offered one. The hotel is a maze and there are not enough lifts if you have luggage. The check in staff was not friendly.
