Check in room forever and then my reservation was for July on their system, despite my booking via Expedia being the correct date. It took a long time to resolve. The bathroom smelt like a stinky drain. I was so glad I only had a one night stay. Won’t go back.

I was initially given a room in the lower ground with many flys. I killed more than 10 of them but still can see a few of them flying around. The issue disappeared after I complained and switched to another room. It is not a happy experience. Having said that the staff is friendly when he change the room for me.

Generally a good experience. The room was very small with access only down one side of the double bed, but it was a cheap room for one night. It is well laid out with a good shower. The sink however is tiny, you can't even watch your hands without flooding the floor or the loo. And you can't use push the plug down which is really annoying as a contact lens wearer.

I just needed an overnight before catching a morning Eurostar. Conveniently located. Clean. It was very small - perfect for one person but could be a problem for 2. The bathroom is a decent size but the sink is comically small and with a large mirror jutting 3 inches out of the wall right above it, it is impossible to use for washing face. Providing facecloths is necessary.
Ridiculously small sink. Toothbrush for scale.
