Room was decent, location within a short walk to the lodon Tower Bridge, lots of little stores close so amazing location. Gym is really good, has the things I like free weights and a pull up bar, really good service at the front desk

The staff were exceptional. Tamang checked us in and out. He was so helpful assisting with my husband who is on crutches and considerate with the anniversary treats sent to our room. Breakfast had a good choice and was being frequently replenished. The room was very very quiet and we both slept well.

We had a fantastic stay! The room was beautiful and very comfortable, and the bathroom/shower was amazing. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Tower Bridge and lots of great spots in the area. What really made our stay special was the staff—they were incredibly friendly and helpful with our group. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

Really nice hotel, lacks attention to detail.

First impressions were really good however for a 4 star hotel the cleanliness was a slight let down, the main stair way was dirty, and more attention to detail in the rooms as it was generally dusty and still had hair on the floor from a previous occupant. Also the Tv didn’t have any streaming options or access to Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. And the Tv wouldn’t connect to any device to stream remotely. Breakfast was ok and just again general cleanliness under tables/floor area needs more attention. Staff were really helpful and friendly on booking in, and it was a nice touch to have our bags in our room when we returned to check in. The bed was nice and comfortable and overall the room was very nice and quiet too, apart from a the air conditioning system which was a little tricky to use/turn off. Overall though we had a nice stay for the short period we were there.
