This hotel is ideally situated in the heart London minutes from the SOHO and convenient to the Covent Garden Underground - direct access to Heathrow. Sajaad (hotel manager) deserves mention as very welcoming, helpful in offering ideas on visiting the area, and all with an endearing professional courtesy. Great little boutique hotel!

Perfect Hotel in the heart of London

This place is my third time at the fielding. It’s a fantastic hotel located in the heart of the west end. It’s an amazing place and it makes you feel nice and safe. The evenings are very peaceful at night and it’s a perfect place for a good night rest. Definitely be coming back again.

A Hidden Gem in the Heart of Covent Garden

My stay at The Fielding Hotel was nothing short of delightful. The location could not be more perfect—tucked right in the heart of Covent Garden, yet surprisingly quiet once inside, it offers the best of both worlds. With theatres, restaurants, and the vibrant buzz of the West End literally on the doorstep, it made exploring London effortless. The rooms are charming, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, with a boutique feel that balances comfort and character. Despite being in such a central location, the hotel feels welcoming and peaceful—more like a home away from home than a typical city hotel. What really sets The Fielding apart, though, is the staff. They were consistently warm, friendly, and helpful, going out of their way to make the stay feel special. Small touches—from recommendations on where to eat to accommodating requests quickly—really showed the pride they take in their service. If you’re looking for a hotel in London that combines an unbeatable location with comfort, charm, and genuine hospitality, The Fielding Hotel is an outstanding choice. I would happily stay again and recommend it wholeheartedly.

Great location

Great location, especially when the Tube drivers decide not to work. Given my wife’s limited mobility a bathroom on the same level as the bedroom would have been helpful but that was a minor point compared with benefit of having a ground floor room. Thank you.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. I really like that. The desk is manned 24 hours a day. They had great information about where to eat in the middle of the night and various things like that. It was very clean. My only criticism would be that it could use a lick of fresh paint, and the carpets are somewhat stained.

In the middle of everything

Location was fantastic and still it was peaceful. Lovely little place with some caveats. However … narrow stairs were daunting. Full of chances to falter … and the aircon really did not work. The room did not taste too good so kept the window open. Bed … could have been more comfortable.

Fantastic location, minutes away from Covent Garden. Stayed as two adults and two kids for one night who were heading to Six the musical and shopping. Room was very clean and comfortable. Reception staff were polite and helpful. Held our bags for us all day on the second day while we were out.

The property is well situated as it is close to many points of interest. The Covent Garden tube station is only two blocks away. The room was comfortable for our party of 4 and the kitchen is stocked for what we needed during our stay. However, the bathroom sorely needs updating. Overall, our stay was pleasant and satisfied with our stay at the Fielding Hotel.

The property was in an ideal location for walking to attractions, museums, and restaurants. It was a very easy check in with an extremely friendly staff. The A/C unit was a bit noisy in our room but it made for good background noise to fall asleep to. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in the Covent Garden area
