Fantastic location, nice bar, helpful staff. Bonus that they gave us our first drink in the pub for free. Only downside was the nespresso machine didn’t work correctly, but they offered ti make us coffees to make up for it. All good.

Wonderful hotel; fabulously located near the tube. Plenty of dining options around. The room was clean and the provided a fan (we like the white noise when we sleep). Not every hotel does! The room was clean and the bathroom/hotwater was great! The bed was a little too firm for our liking. There is no lift. Lots of stairs. We were 3 levels up. After 25-30,000 steps a day getting to the room was tough. They advertise no stairs so full transparency! Keep that in mind. Overall a lovely place to stay. (We never did take advantage of the pub).

Everything was absolutely perfect. I had always wanted to stay in a pub and rooms, and I finally was able to make it happen. The Grafton Arms did not disappoint. The pub is charming – and was exquisitely decorated for Christmas – and the rooms are super clean and cozy. You really feel "at home" here. Not to mention, the entire team at the pub does everything they can to give a warm welcome. It was truly wonderful stay from start to finish. Wish we could have stayed longer. But will definitely come back again!

Absolutely charming! The Pub and rooms are a few steps from the nearest Tube station, but just far enough from the main thoroughfare to be pleasant and quiet. My room had all the modern amenities but with great character, not soulless like many hotels. Staff was professional, helpful, and kind. Great for a solo woman traveler.

A great stay at the Grafton Arms and Pub, in a comfrtable, stylishly decorated, high ceilinged room with comfortable King bed and clean, modern bathroom. Second floor room steps away (no noise!) from the pleasant rooftop pub space for a pint and meal at the end of the day. Friendly service, quick and easy check in. Easy walk from the train stations, Underground station, cafes, restaurants, etc. Recommended!

Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Francisco was great! Easy and quick check in. Assisted with our luggage since no elevator. Nice having pub downstairs for quick bite and drinks. Very quiet after 10pm and loved rooftop bar. Room was spotless and very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay here again.
