We really enjoyed our stay at The Mad Hatter. Luke at the front check in was super helpful and friendly. The food was great!! The rooms were clean with lift access, convenient location. Over all an outstanding experience and would highly recommend and return.

Alice in Wonderland theme is fun. I enjoyed the front desk/bar playlist. Staff were helpful, if sometimes hard to find. Would go back, except they ask you to pre-check in online via some random website. Hotel info should make clear that that is not a requirement.

Wonderful experience at the Mad Hatter. Fun theme for a hotel and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Somewhat quirky and light hearted. The room was a decent size and clean. It had everything we needed as if we were home. We will most definitely return.
