Fabulous boutique hotel. Great location near Green Park. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. The staff are friendly and professional. The room was comfortable and an adequate size for a weekend break. A couple of observations, not much space in the bathroom for personal toiletries and the hanging space in the wardrobe is short and so long dresses are crumpled up. Dandy’s bar is quaint and the food lovely. Staff again polite, friendly & professional. A great stay, I would return and highly recommend to others.

Pros: nice clean hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Well located with green park a few minutes walk away and green park tube about 5 mins away too. King bed was comfy. Mini bar was complimentary and we really enjoyed the snacks. Cons: booked as a rewards night which may have been why we were given the room we were given… it looked like it was the accessibility room so there were modifications. It was on the main floor right by the hotel bar and reception and so it was really noisy well until around 1am and then started again at around 7am. Really bad sleep as a result which is why I’ve given it a 3 as getting rest in is a priority for me.

Mayfair Townhouse - a gem!

The Mayfair Townhouse is a gem in London. My friend and I stayed there on an extended weekend trip to celebrate our birthdays and had a simply wonderful experience. We were looking for accommodations in a great neighborhood, as women traveling alone we were looking for a safe, modern, and easily accessible hotel. The kind lobby attendant was happy to help us and the check-in desk handled our efficient check-in and gave us a route for a quick walking tour of the neighborhood while we waited for our rooms to be ready everyone provided excellent customer service. The lobby is well-appointed there is a bar, and the rooms are modern and chic. I had originally booked a cabin room but upgraded my reservation to a classic. The room was perfect for someone traveling alone or with a partner. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was generous. The mini bar was complimentary so I was able to have free water and snacks! The neighborhood can't be beat. Everything was amazing!

I wanted to stay in Mayfair neighborhood as a central location from which to explore London, and it was perfect for that! I was around a lot of nice restaurants that were walkable at night, which was nice as I was solo. The hotel is 5 minutes from Green Park Station, for 3 underground lines and a bus stop, plus walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Westminster area, Piccadilly/Trafalgar and more. Location can't be beat. The hotel itself felt quite luxurious, however the room was small and would have felt quite cramped if there were 2 people (it was their smallest option). I was only there to sleep and change however, so it made no difference to me. Service was warm, efficient and friendly.

Very comfortable stay, lovely room, very nice staff. The hotel is also very conveniently situated for Green Park and the area around St James. Some great restaurants around there. We went to Cafe Murano (top Italian) and then Wolsey for breakfast. Recommend.

Liked seeing the stockings on the doors for Christmas and the decorations. The room was very nice but very noisy once inside. I could hear conversations in the alley outside of my window, doors slamming next to me and people walking right above my room. Strangely every few minutes it sounded like an underground train was passing thru. Very odd and could not figure out what it was. Other than that, The Dandy Bar was lovely, food and drinks were very nice. The cocktails were top notch. Room service needs to invest in some stainless steel covers for the food that is delivered as no one wants to eat unwrapped lukewarm food that has been breathed on by the deliverer.

The housekeeper came at 4:40 PM to do her morning cleanup of the room. She stated that she could not come back as her shift ended at five and she had to come in. I was indisposed and she did wait about five minutes before coming in, but it would’ve been better to be more flexible.

This hotel was nice. The only comment I have is the staff really didn’t provide any information about area, food options, and transportation. The little information they gave us was all wrong. Quite disappointing but otherwise the hotel itself was nice.
