Still poor after the refurb - cheaply done

This hotel has had a refurbishment so the bathrooms have been done, however the rest of the room is really poor the television you will not use if you found it in a skip, and there is a bedside table which is so old that you wouldn’t use it if you were homeless. Somworn out. The general cleanliness of the hotel is low and the beds are very soft very old mattresses. Alos why at this expensive price point can you not have cotton sheets cotton pillows cases and decent bedding? The bedding is nylon it’s cheap it’s very poor so from my opinion Best Avoid.

Lovely old buildings with rooms that are a little dated but charming at the same time. Good location for the City and only 20 mins on the tube from King’s Cross St Pancras .

Nice big room

We had a club room, which was a really big & clean room. The air con did not work. We were given a fan straight away though and offered to move rooms. Could not fault the staff at all. Very helpful
