I was in the hotel several times. It is a good place to stay as it is close to the underground and within walking distance to Paddington. However, this time is was very noisy and 2 times the fire alarm went off. Therefore it was difficult to sleep. Moreover, the single rooms are very small. Staff could the a bit more friendly.

Hyvä edullinen hotelli. Aamupala yllätti positiivisesti. Huone oli melko pieni kolmelle ja suihkussa voisi olla myös käsisuihku.

Hotellin sijainti oli hyvä, rauhallisen kadun varrella ja lähellä monia nähtävyyksiä. Huone oli ajdas, kokolattiamatto kuluneen ja likaisen näköinen. Sängyt olivat kahdelle pitkälle ihmiselle aivan liian lyhyet, nilkat roikkuivat päädyn ulkopuolella. Unet jäivät hyvin katkonaisiksi tästä syystä ja lomalla uni olisi tarpeen!

My room was quite small so that took la while to get used to. Staff was quite nice and always made sure i'm happy during my stay. Good hotel with a fair price if you're not looking for luxury staying.

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel absolut ungenügend. Wir hatten jeden Tag schwarze Haare im Bad (ich bin blond,mein Mann hat eine Glatze) Die Handtücher wurden am zweitletzten Tag nicht mehr gewechselt obwohl sie am Boden lagen. Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Wir buchen dieses Hotel nie mehr.
