The staff were very helpful and friendly. I had made a comment online about my previous stay, saying that a fridge in the room would have been good and when I came back they gave me an upgraded room with a fridge already in it. Very impressive! Great central location, too. I will be back!

The room was immaculate. The air conditioning was brilliant and very easy to use. The reception staff were so helpful and friendly. We would definitely return, the hotel was in a lovely spot for bars, pubs, restaurants etc. and only a 5-10 minute walk from Tottenham Court underground station.

The hotel is a true hidden gem in central London. The room was recently renovated, spotless, and very comfortable, offering a quiet and relaxing stay despite the central location.
