We upgraded to the Executive King. A great sized room, very comfortable, clean and very well situated. All the staff from Check-in to the dining staff and room service were all excellent, very friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our weekend break and would indeed consider staying at the Rembrandt again.

The hotel is fine. The location is great, across from the V&A and near a Tube stop - and one that also allows you to go directly to the airport. The room was clean. The linens were updated, yet the wood furniture looked tired, making the overall place look not-so-great. The service was just okay - no one was rude, yet they also didn't go out of their way to assist. It is really annoying that the hotel lists a gym (which was in my search query), yet you have to pay $20 a day for it. I would rather have the price be slightly higher get to use the gym without an extra fee.

The room was clean, and the staff were friendly and polite. Everything was good; the only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the room wasn't spacious enough, even though it had two chairs and a round table in front of the bed.

Room was clean and hotel is in a good location. Was not impressed with the breakfast buffet. Food was not very good. In addition the lounge area lighting is too bright and the tables were not kept clean. I stayed here about 10 years ago and it was a far better hotel. Would not stay here again.

As usual all that we have come to expect from The Rembrandt after this our 4th stay. A lovely hotel, super location for the buses and tube in addition to restaurants and pubs close by withi easy walking distance. The hotel is spotlessly clean and tidy, the breakfast and snacks on offer are of a good quality. Our only grumble and its a little one is the shower is in the bath and as our mobility isn't as good as it used to be stepping out of the bath. However, looking forward to visiting London again and of course staying at The Rembrandt!

To be honest, I was disappointed with the room. It was tired looking. Veneer was missing off the furniture. The bathroom blind was filthy and you could only get out 1 side of the bed. For a 4* hotel in knightsbridge it was ver disappointing and we won't be returning

The room was lovely. The staff were ok. The breakfast was mediocre. We had booked two rooms, one for us and one for our daughter. We were accused of not paying for one of them even though we had email proof. It was resolved but it could have been dealt with better. We waited a while for our daughter's room even though it was next to ours and we had to ask a couple of times for the key card. We were given two complimentary drinks vouchers but our daughter was told she couldn't have one even though the room was booked in her name. This seemed petty and unfair seeing as she had waited until well after 3pm for her room and the staff were a bit indifferent.
