The brunette lady at the Reception was absolutely brilliant when I checked - in. I was a little early and her customer service skills were exceptional. Unfortunately I didn't catch her name but I would be grateful if you could please pass on my thanks. The staff at Breakfast were also great and my overall experience was positive.
