My husband I and I had accidents. Thus, I wrote them and suggested multiples solutions to postpone our stay. We NEVER received any answer or suggestions. Consequently, we LOST completely our Hotel budget. We will NEVER book them - for our easter stay, we booked somebody else. This was very disappointing - very hard exceptions do exist and they only followed some kind of procedure. This way they lost 5 clients for this time and for sure also in the FUTURE!

great staff, good hotel.

Very pleased with the Somerset. The staff were very friendly the rooms were clean and comfortable. Good shower, and breakfast was just right to see us through to lunch.

Would not recomend this hotel to anyone...

Very high price inadequate to this what they are offering. Room was clean although very small. Very old bathroom without face towels (only bath towels were provided!) and hairdryer. Breakfast very basic (tosts and muesli). Wi fi access cost 9 Ł per day...no free wi fi in the hotel. Staff was very nice and helpfull and the location was very good if you want to visit London but price is deffinitely to high and the rooms have nothing to do with official photos shown on the webside....I would never give two stars to this hotel and would not advise anyone to book it if you are not desperate.

Da Hotel ist an einer tollen Lage in london, schnell bi der Tube und gut zu Fuss. Aber die Einrichtung ist ganz schlecht, alles sehr renovierungsbedürftig. Habe mich nicht wohl gefühlt.

Ei voi suositella kenellekään. Huoneen ovea tai ikkunaa ei saanut lukkoon, vessassa ei edes käsisaippuaa ollut, lattiasta puuttui paloja, suihku täysin homeessa ja epäsiisti.

Todella hyvä sijainti

Todella hyvä sijainti ja helppo löytää.. kaikkialle lyhyt matka ja oxford striitillellin käveli vartin.. hotellissa ei ollut ilmaista wifiä, ei mahdollisuutta ostaa aamiaista eikä hiustenkuivaajaa

Hauska loma Lontoossa

Hotelli oli kieltämättä hieman nuhruinen eikä huoneen ikkunoita ei saanut avata jos halusi tuuletusta. Onneksi ilma oli toukokuinen, eli yöt vielä mukavan viileitä. Kylpyhuoneen laatoitukset kaipasivat korjausta ja ammeen ympärille oli laitettu lastulevyreunukset. Muuten kyllä kaikki toimi ihan ookoosti Sijainti oli aivan loistava, eli jos ei välitä hotellin pikku puutteista, niin voisin suositella sitä lapsettomille ja hissiä kaipaamattomille.

Familienurlaub

Sehr nette Angestellte, zentral gelegen und doch ruhig. Das Badezimmer lässt zu wünschen übrig, das Zimmef war gross und geeignet für Familie mit 2 Kindern.
