Breakfast was not free. Staff was professional, service was good, rooms are small but clean. Shower head had some issues. Water station was great but not on every floor and cant access with room key if not stay on the floor.

The staff here are a credit to the company, every single one of them has greeted us with a smile and positivity from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. The hotel itself is beautiful, although a little bit dark in the hallways. The rooms are top class and very spacious. My only complaint is that the shower head was leaking over the ceiling and the amount of limescale build up was quite excessive. The bed is nice and firm, but my back is missing my own bed. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone staying in London,

Overall the stay was nice! Staff were great, breakfast was good. But the only problem we had was the quality of the bed. We are a young couple and struggled with the mattress, it was very springy and firm. Other than that, it was great!

The hotel was great- however I sent numerous emails via the Wotif portal for late checkout that did not reach the hotel. They tried to be accommodating however were not able to meet my request. The check in was only let down by Wotif

The concierge team here are the most friendly people. A special shout out to Vijay 😀. The local bus routes were a great service in addition to the tube stations which were only 10 mins walk away.
