The Westminster London is located in a quiet neighbourhood within walking distance of all the major downtown sites in London....FANTASTIC locations!!! Staff were super friendly and always willing to help. You could ask them anything and they would do their best to help you. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The only unfavourable thing was the room size...it was smaller than anticipated but with a little adjustments we made it work quite well.

The room is small. I was charged an extra $10 per day to have a coffee machine in my room. The breakfast, the waitstaff and everyone I encountered were extremely lovely and warm. Conveniently located to trains for venturing around.

Clean and felt fresh and recently decorated. Room facilities were excellent. It is a bit far from a tube station (20 min walk to St James' Park or Westminster) but it was a nice walk and the area felt really safe. There was a good variety in the buffet breakfast but the quality of the cooked breakfast wasn't great and the coffee was terrible.
