I want to express my sincere gratitude to Yin at the front desk who was absolutely amazing and made this stay an excellent experience and for Laxman who gave us special attention throughout! It is wonderful to see people who care about their brand and what they offer and remember that just a little extra time and a warm smile make all the difference to guests! .i forgot to prebook the breakfasts when doing the reservation. Kept getting different prices..seemed to depend on whom you were speaking with. Somewhat frustrating, but didn't take anything away from a nice breakfast buffet. No fan in bathroom and a window that didn't open made for a lit of steam.
