Very basic for a 4-star hotel. Really it's for business travellers staying for a day or two. Air con was poor, working but air flow was the issue. Fans on the highest setting but nothing much happening. Just about kept the room bearable during the heatwave! It's ok for an overnight stay but not really somewhere you would stay for an extended visit. Very good if you're planning on getting a train to or from Atocha however.

Didn’t want to leave

The staff was helpful and friendly; the language differences didn’t matter as they all spoke English with us. The bartenders were knowledgeable and helpful. The breakfast was delicious.
