Great staff who were very friendly, clean rooms and maintain led well by the cleaning team. Breakfast had a great selection and was great quality. Good location for exploring with public transport links like the metro and bus station nearby. The hotel was also very helpful with an issue I had meaning that the dates of my stay had to change. I will definitely stay again when returning to Madrid.
