Travelled with family for vacation. We selected this hotel because it has a swimming pool. The hotel location is about a 20min ride to city center at peak times about 15 -19 euros but on non peak only about 9-10. So we found the location to be a little out of the way. The hotel itself has cool music vibe, it was very clean and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone if they don’t mind being further from the city center.

An excellent, modern hotel (though the hipster 'music' theme was a bit overblown). Excellent location close to the Madrid Chamartin station. Nice swimming pool and exercise room. Reliable WiFi. Be more courteous and welcoming

The hotel itself is decent, though the location feels a bit questionable. Unfortunately, the front desk staff (especially the older man) were not welcoming and seemed to lack basic customer service skills—there was no greeting upon arrival and no acknowledgment when spoken to. I can’t say for certain, but as a researcher observing interactions, I couldn’t help but wonder if my experience might have been different had I not been a person of color. While I’m not making unfounded accusations, the lack of warmth and professionalism left me questioning. My suggestion: show a bit more warmth, especially toward guests of color, as our experiences abroad may be shaped by different histories, emotions, and cultural contexts. The ladies at the restaurant, the gentleman at the lounge, the housekeepers were fantastic.
