I didn’t - hotels.com says that the hotel makes it impossible to change anything about the reservation even if I’m willing to pay extra; the hotel says it’s Expedia (ie hotels.com). I stayed at the Barceló Imagine while attending an American football match at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium. The hotel is somewhat secluded but conveniently located within a short walking distance of the train station, making it easy to get around without relying on Uber. Hotel and room was clean and staff was very accommodating.
