Very good hotel, but when I left my wife has forgotten her Panama in the room and the hotel didn’t offer any option to return it back. That was a pity since competition in Madrid is vastly and I will looking for a more service mind hotel next time.

Property is located so far away from anything. Although the metro is steps outside the door, there is ABSOLUTELY nothing, not even a coffee shop near the hotel so you must take at least a 10 min metro ride to arrive anywhere. Staff is rude. Rooms are extremely hot!!! Staff reports that they cannot lower thermostat lower than 73 degrees, so it makes sleeping difficult. Many guests complained of the heat and the hotel did nothing. There was no air circulation in the room or fans available. Also, and this is a big issue if you want to look presentable, you have to go to floor 2 to IRON your clothes!! Meaning, there are not individual irons in each room, but an “ironing” room that you have to get in an elevator from your room and go to the room to press your clothes. This makes getting ready in the morning difficult and time consuming. Whose idea was this? It seemed to me the hotel chain took every step to cut corners and minimize costs to make guests comfortable. I would not recommend this room. Oh, and the breakfast buffet was also sub-par and the hot food items were very cold.

Lovely staff at this hotel. Hotel was spotlessly clean, staff were excellent, ideal for the Metro. Only problem was other people slamming their room doors LOUDLY when arriving to their room late at night or leaving their room early morning.

It is a nice hotel with professional staff at the reception, all doors should be equipped with a rubber stopper to prevent the noise that 99% of the guests and staff produce by slamming them constantly, you can't rest with that noise. The cleaning crew should be more considered of the guests and also reduce their laud voices every single morning. Thanks

Friendly service, very good room

This was a late night arrival and early next morning departure kind of stay, so did not get to make use of many hotel amenities or see the neighborhood. That said, staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, bed comfortable, slept well. Would stay here again and recommend to others.
