Good option for an early flight the next day from Madrid. Would be better if the shuttle service was more frequent. Got an Uber when we arrived, rather than wait 45 minutes for a pick up (€17) and booked the shuttle for the next morning back to the airport, which was great and on time. Hotel was clean, staff were friendly. No issues or problems at all

Female member of staff on duty on Friday morning who checked us in around 1100 was very helful and very friendly. A massive thanks to her! Apologies, I should have taken her name. She was also on duty on Saturday morning.

Average hotel, rooms a little dated. USB wall charger didn’t work. Warm room and air on switched off at winter. Bathroom door barely closed due to moisture/steam, showing signs of wear and tear. Located about 20 minute walk from big shopping centre. To get the shuttle from the airport you might need to call them. I waited for almost an hour and didn’t see the bus so had to call them.

Room was clean, water pressure was great. Close to metro and bus stops for easy transportation on the tourist card. Front desk staff were polite, friendly and helpfull. The common areas look and feel quite dated but the room was fresh, modern and clean If I am in Madrid and don't plan on staying in the hotel much just like this trip... then I will be back to NH Madrid. Worth noting hotel has free wi-fi, free airport shuttle but at kind of specific times, hair dryer in the bathroom, and the room I stayed in only had a shower(I dont use the bathtub, but for those who do.) There is a pre-stocked mini-fridge that COSTS but has some water and soda inside.

There was an inconvenience on our last day. While we were waiting for the shuttle of the airport… after it arrived…we were too many. We had to wait outside in the cold for 10 mins(at 8:00am) for another shuttle because the one they had sent was too small. After everyone there had reserved their spot, the hotel was aware of the amount of people. They did not even apologize for their mistake

Hotel near airport and offered free airport transport with the reservation. Hotel location is not very nice… it’s close to a main highway and there is very little option to go or to eat near the property.

Comfortable and convenient to the airport. Not a full service hotel. Restaurant had really good food at reasonable prices. The restaurant staff was very good and friendly. The room was very clean, the bedding was excellent and the bathroom was spotless but not well stocked. Hotel shuttle is smaller that it should be, but it ran on time and was adequate enough. For the money, NH offers great value.
