While the staff was courteous and helpful, we experienced a significant issue during our stay. On the first morning, the bathroom unexpectedly flooded. Everything had been functioning properly, and within minutes the bathroom became flooded, causing inconvenience and concern.

We had room above the front door opening and the front door. Every time somebody came in it’s squeaked and made a noise which kept us awake all night, long because the door opened and shut. It told the guy at the front desk about it. We never did move or complain until the day we were leaving so 218. They need to fix the door entering into the hotel maybe put some WD-40 on it. The room smelled musty. Maybe you need new rugs or shampoo. Your carpeting bathroom was very clean. Sheets were clean, but the room just smelled lived in by many many people.

The room was okay. Other reviews alluded to the rooms being modern, but ours wasn’t. Sadly, when you book on Expedia, the worst room is often given to you. Breakfast was decent, and the front desk and housekeeping staff were great.

The shower curtain was too short for the tub. It didn't even meet the tub if you can imagine that. The beds were hard as a board. Not the standard I would expect from Hampton in.

Very bad, room was not clean , bedding was terrible difficult to sleep .. body wash and shampoo bottles in shower were empty .. they put so much room fresher to cover dirty uncleaned room that my husband got sever allergy and we had to early checkout. This was nit worth of this prize at all.. there bedding/linen was as super 8 motel category.
