Amazing hotel! The room is the largest mist spacious we have ever stayed in. The breakfast included with our stay was phenomenal! Every little detail down to aoili (who find aoili at a free hot breakfast!) was AMAZING!!

Breakfast was great. The ability to schedule shuttles to Universal Epic Universe and Universal Islands of Adventures. Also have shuttles available to bring me back to our hotel. Staff is friendly and available when needed. Definitely clean room.
