Check-in was great, the staff were super friendly. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only down side was the breakfast it is the same continental breakfast you get for free at another hotel but they charge you $8 a person here. It is what it is, but overall the hotel was perfect.

I really love the Hyatt Place. The room was clean and large and very welcoming! The lobby is nice and I love their market area whch allows you to get sodas or snacks anytime. When I first arrived my room wasn’t ready so I left my stuff with the very friendly and efficient front desk person and left to go to the theme parks. When I returned the person that was there for the evening wasn’t not as welcoming or nice. From then on it was clear to to me that the night time staff was not as friendly as the daytime. The person I encountered that first time and a few times after that seemed annoyed when approached for anything and she didn’t seem to care about the attitude she was giving off. Honestly she was the only negative spot on an otherwise lovely stay.
