Room has hair everywhere-obviously hadn’t been cleaned in some time. None of the outlets worked. Extremely loud group of people outside from 3am-4:30am with no management intervention.

The rooms where clean recently renovated. The staff was courteous and helpful. This hotel is in an very good location within walking distance of several points of interest including Universal theme parks. It also offered shuttle service to universal and other theme parks, and free continental breakfast.

I would have like to know heads up that they are doing an upgrade. Plus it would have been nice to have an upgrade. Heads up the shower gets all over the floor. I thought breakfast was some eggs, sausage, bacon with the waffles. After all it was nice, quiet and relaxing

The room felt humid and the lighting was low. But overall good stay, accessible and great location. Breakfast simple but good with coffee, waffle machine, cereal, juices, bread.

Barely any rooms occupied and front desk gave us room facing noisy highway all night, dirty floors, no chair to sit on by the desk, no garbage gasket or coffee machine in the room either. Very disappointing. Staff really don’t care about guests.
