Really well located in the international drive near to Universal Studios, walkable area with nearby restaurants. This place have nice rooms, however the funky smell like a wet wood is very noticiable. They are very strict on the check out time, they knock our door 2 times for room service 1 hour before the check out time. The phone in the room is dead. It was an ok stay.

First problem was the roof flooded with water all over the floor because of an issue with the AC unit. I wasn't alowed to change room and had to wait for maintenance to come and take apart the AC and shop vac the water. Then sop up water with towels. Second problem was the desk clerk who checked me in only activated my room keys for one day so I couldn't enter my room upon returning. So I had to walk back to check in to get new keys. Third problem was the room is full of BLACK MOLD. I get that Florida is humid but black mold is toxic. It was disgusting and front desk couldn't care less about all the inconveniences.

The room we were assigned was not clean, bed was broken, drawers didn't close, tv didn't work properly, phone did not work and we were on floor number 4 and the elevator had no 4 button to press.

RUN. from this property even if they pay you to stay. I viewed several rooms before immediately checking out. MOLD MOLD impossible to breath. Lobby looks fine but that’s it. Place should be condemned

The photos online look better than this property. The front desk was rude and hung up on me twice when I politely called and asked for an iron & ironing board. Then, I walked all the way back to the front desk and they said that an iron would be delivered to my room. I told them that I needed an iron because I’m a business traveler with dress shirts for work. - No one came and brought me an iron for my 3-night stay. - Also, the beds were old and not comfortable. The metal coils in the beds could be felt. Not a comfortable nights sleep. - There was no housekeeping for my 3-night stay and I had to ask the front desk for more towels. - The complimentary breakfast was just waffles and cereal. No eggs or protein. I do not recommend staying at this property.

For the price, it was pretty good! Perfect location for Universal-which they shuttle to! We usually ubered home as we usually close down the park. The beds were comfortabe, the AC cold, and free breakfast! Will definitely be back!

The Pool was great. But service I Had to call in advance if I was going to need room service, but no one ever answered, so we never had room service. The room was with so much humidity, the beds where also very uncomfortable.

This property was nice on the outside but had mold on the inside. I had to ask for my room to be changed because there was a lot of mold in the bathroom and on the lamp. Got a different room and it still had mold in it but wasn’t that bad!
