At the time of our stay the parking lot was being redone, so parking was limited. the room was clean, but humidity build up was baaaad! After every shower the whole room was damp, that was the only problem

Very easy with check in and the staff seemed friendly. Our room had an overwhelming smell of chemicals that we had to air out as we settled in but it definitely lingered. The beds were rock hard and my family decided to use blankets brought on our trip due to stains on the bedding. Walls were thin and you heard everyone walking by or the wheels rolling by from luggage or employees with carts moving around...it was noisy. The complimentary breakfast was okay but we opted to find better the second morning. If you are looking for a place to not break the bank while spending more on the activities in town, this hotel fits the bill. The ease of their location to fun places in Orlando was great, especially if going to Universal.

Nice hotel for the money. Very nice staff. Average continental breakfast. Only complaint is they have bad humidityproblem they are trying to correct. The floor was constantly wet. Lots of posability here. Nice pool and small pond with a fountain. Nice play ground are and splash pad for the kids. I would stay again

Where do I start? We arrived at the hotel and asked if there was a chance we could check in early. We were told there was a room ready. We went to said room only to find it was still being cleaned. We returned to the desk and was sent to another that also wasn’t clean. At this point we left our things to go to Horror nights at universal. When we got back to the hotel and went to our room the immediate smell of mold and dirt hit us like a ton of bricks. I am asthmatic and couldn’t breathe and immediately went outside and sent my friend to the desk to switch rooms. Upon switching there was mold on the wallls, ceilings, and doors. The sheets on the bed were still wet, the lampshade was covered in dust and cobwebs were in the corners. We had booked for 3 days and decided to stay the one night simply because it was after midnight and we were exhausted. We were then denied any kind of refund from the hotel manager for the other 2 nights we didn’t stay. The property is gross, unsanitary, and quite frankly should be shut down.

TRAVELERS BEWARE! THIS IS FAR FROM A RESORT. It's a run down dingy motel. We booked 3days for our Universal family vacation. We ended up arriving after 9pm with plans to be at the park at 8am. We were charged an extra $100 deposit which wasnt disclosed before arriving. When we got to our rm #204. We were immediately disgusted. The room hadnt been cleaned. There was trash still in waste basket, food still in broken fridge. Dirt and grime in every corner. The beds were fulls not queens. The bedding was stained and worn. The pillows werent even pillows they were blankets folded up in a zippered case. The only working outlet was under a desk. The door looked kicked in few times and lock was faulty. To make matters worse we saw 2 live roaches crawl between the headboard and found dead ones on the floor. We put our luggage in our car so we wouldnt take any pests home. Went to desk to tell them we wanted to leave and be refunded. They said only manager could approve refunds and she wouldnt be there until 9am. We had to be to the park at 8am. It took 3.5 hours arguing between the hotel and expedia to get them to refund while trying to enjoy the park. We ended up paying out of pocket for another hotel. Expedia finally made contact with hotel after noon and they said we could have a refund for the 2days we werent staying but no refund for night we stayed. It would take 5-7days receive. l still have not received my $100 deposit back. Stay anywhere but here! Real photos of dump submitted

We stayed here for 4 nights but I regretted it after the first night. Our room initially looked alright but the beds had these really old green fabric headboards with rusty buttons and dirt/stains/mold on them. The hotel is in the process of updating rooms but rooms with these should not be used at all. There was a huge gap under the room door that I could see light through. The parking lot is in terrible condition with large pot holes all over the place. We had a large bug in our shower one night. The breakfast consisted of cereal, toast, muffins, or you could make your own waffles. The waffles were good but after a couple of mornings, we decided to go out for breakfast instead. The hotel might be better in a couple of years after a lot more work but right now, I would not consider staying there again.
